Reproducibility package for an auditable exploratory re-analysis of miRNA dysregulation and aging-related validated target enrichment in female pattern hair loss

Abstract

This record contains the reproducibility companion package for the manuscript "Auditable exploratory re-analysis of miRNA dysregulation and aging-related validated target enrichment in female pattern hair loss" submitted to PLOS ONE. The package contains processed analysis outputs, audit tables, STRING input/output files, enrichment outputs, and metadata needed to support the reported exploratory secondary analysis of public GEO dataset GSE106780. The discovery comparison contains 3 FPHL scalp samples and 5 healthy female scalp controls; all differential-expression and downstream enrichment outputs should be interpreted as exploratory candidate-level results.
