Abstract

La qualité de l'appareillage orthopédique dans la scoliose dépend directement de la précision et de l'exhaustivité des mesures initiales. L'absence de standardisation dans le recueil des données cliniques et morphologiques constitue une source d'erreur majeure.objectif: Ce document présente une fiche de prise de mesure spécialisée pour la scoliose, conçue pour standardiser le bilan orthoprothétique initial. Elle intègre les paramètres cliniques indispensables : données anthropométriques, bilan rachidien tridimensionnel, repères anatomiques spécifiques, et exigences techniques pour la CFAO. Contenu : La fiche structure la prise de mesure en 5 sections : 1) Identification patient et données médicales, 2) Bilan clinique de la scoliose incluant angle de Cobb, Risser, gibbosité, 3) Repérage tridimensionnel pour scan 3D et moulage, 4) Spécifications techniques du corset, 5) Validation et traçabilité. Elle est compatible avec les protocoles Chêneau, Lyonnais, sforzesco brace et les flux de travail CFAO. Intérêt : Cet outil assure la reproductibilité des mesures, réduit les erreurs de conception, facilite la communication interprofessionnelle et constitue une pièce médico-légale du dossier patient. Elle s'adresse aux orthoprothésistes, étudiants et centres d'appareillage.
