SwasthSetu: A Smart Healthcare Management and Assistance System A Web-Based Platform for Digital Health Services

Abstract

The healthcare sector has seen a change with the quick use of digital technologies. The old systems have a lot of problems like delayed appointments, messy patient records and bad communication between patients and doctors. SwasthSetu is a system that helps with healthcare management. It is available on the web. It is designed to solve these problems. SwasthSetu lets patients register, schedule appointments, manage records and talk to doctors all in one place. It uses a set of tools like MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js. This means it can process data in time keep users safe with secure authentication and control who can do what. The people who made SwasthSetu checked to see if it was easy to use how fast it. If the data was correct. They found out that it really cut down on how people had to wait for appointments and made things easier. SwasthSetu shows that it is possible to have health solutions that are affordable and can be used by many people even in places like semi-urban and rural areas, in India.
