Abstract

This paper introduces the updated framework of BFE v11.0, presenting a fundamental paradigm shift in theoretical physics by resolving quantum anomalies through 11-dimensional K3 topology rather than 3D standard model dynamics. We mathematically demonstrate that the Muon g-2 anomaly observed at Fermilab is not a local quantum fluctuation or a particle interaction error, but an exact Topological Wilson Line Phase accumulation of 0.00365 \text{ rad}. This phase is derived strictly from the \chi = 24 Euler characteristic of the 11D K3 manifold. Furthermore, this framework replaces the illusion of a dynamic 3D spacetime with a rigid, absolute 11D Superdeterministic Geometry. By proving that 3D reality is merely a holographic cross-section (projection) of an unchanging 11D master-node, BFE v11.0 successfully bypasses Bell's Inequality.
