This dataset contains processed RNA-seq data from wild-type and ggb mutant lines of Physcomitrium patens. Gene expression was quantified and differential expression analysis was performed using DESeq2. The dataset includes raw count matrices, normalized expression values, and lists of differentially expressed genes. Raw sequencing reads are not available.
