Comparison between fathers and mothers in telework: mental health, work-family conflict, and professional development

Abstract

Este conjunto de dados contém informações anônimas de um estudo que compara pais e mães com filhos de até seis anos de idade em relação à saúde mental, conflito trabalho-família, desenvolvimento profissional e habilidades de teletrabalho durante a pandemia de COVID-19 no Brasil. Os dados foram coletados online entre outubro de 2021 e junho de 2022 com 234 participantes. O conjunto de dados inclui variáveis sociodemográficas e pontuações de escalas psicológicas validadas. O arquivo também inclui um livro de códigos que descreve as variáveis e um arquivo README que resume a metodologia do estudo. Todas as informações de identificação pessoal foram removidas do conjunto de dados.
