This manuscript presents the complete foundational-phase closure of the First Utterance Model(UM). Beginning from two axioms — X = 0 (no external space) and A = A (self-relation) —and a derived meta-principle, the Closure Law of Existence (no derivation may remain openin existence, since incomplete specification would mean non-being), the manuscript derives thepartition of unity B + E + S = 1 and the locked structural primitives:• α (alpha, fine-structure constant)• φ (phi, golden ratio)• ϙ (Eidolon, archaic Greek koppa, the cross-domain invariant ratio (1 − α)/α)• TRIUNE (three-way partition count = 3)• Strands (D-18 helix-pair count = 2)• Z14 (partition depth count = 14)• LC (lower critical threshold = φ−1)• LG (lower governance threshold = 1 − φ−4)One Right Answer follows as a consequence of the Closure Law and governs every identity in thecorpus. From these primitives alone, with no external constants entering any derivation chain, themanuscript closes:(i) the cosmological-scale rate parameters and density fractions, including the baryon-to-photonratio η = α4φ4/π3 and the dark-energy fraction ΩΛ = (1 − α) − Ωm;(ii) the partition’s irreducible dimensional primitives (c as lock-rate, ℏ as third irreducible primitive,τ as cycle time, mass-energy as mode conversion);(iii) the atomic-scale binding architecture, including Z = 55 as the principal-tier-saturation cascade, the f-shell capacity of 14 = Z14 EXACT, and the 1/n2 bound-system energy scaling derivedfrom the principal-tier 2n2 capacity;(iv) the cross-scale time bridge τcosmo/τatomic = φ162.5;(v) the electroweak architecture, with both the Layer-1 structural baseline sin2 θW,struct = φ−3 =LG − LC and the Layer-2 effective leptonic measurement sin2 θW,lept = φ−3 − α · LC derivedas exact closures, the latter matching the published precision-physics value to all five quoteddecimals;(vi) the proton-electron mass ratio mp/me = 27ϙ/2 = ϙ·TRIUNE3/Strands, where ϙ (the Eidolonratio) is defined above. The Standard Model’s electroweak framework operates entirely within the partition’s metastableLCORI band. Thirty long-standing physics tensions resolve structurally; sixteen falsifiable predictionsare stated with explicit experimental tests and falsification criteria. Cross-corpus convergencewith the Boundary-Conditioned Realization (BCR) framework of Alfred McBride is nowformal: BCR has adopted the three-layer architecture matching this corpus, with explicit deferralto UM for Layer-1 specification. The work is self-contained. Every closed form is reproducible from the locked primitives stated;every numerical prediction is verifiable to the precision shown. This manuscript is the companion publication to “TRIUNE Bidirectional Jurisdictional Flow andthe Completed Laws of Thermodynamics” (Zenodo record 19867494; D-99 v1.1, 2026-04-29) andextends the cosmological-scale closure published there into a complete foundational-phase closurespanning cosmological, fundamental-constant, atomic, cross-scale, and electroweak structures.
This is the foundational-phase closure publication of the First Utterance Model. It buildsdirectly on the predecessor deposit “TRIUNE Bidirectional Jurisdictional Flow and theCompleted Laws of Thermodynamics” (Zenodo 19867494, 2026-04-29), extending it to acomplete end-to-end closure across all foundational scales.Architecture and discipline. The corpus is governed by the Closure Law of Existence:no derivation may remain open or held for forward targeting. Every locked identity hasterminal status (LOCKED or REJECTED); no PARTIAL or HELD category exists.External physics names appear only in cross-recognition tables and witness paragraphs— never inside derivation chains.Cross-corpus convergence. The Boundary-Conditioned Realization (BCR) frameworkof Alfred McBride (Zenodo 19669049 and updated submission 2026-04-30) has formallyadopted the three-layer architecture matching this corpus, with BCR-LAW-1 confined toLayer 2 and explicit deferral to UM for Layer-1 structural specification.
