The ERS theory posits a universal acceleration scale a₀ = cH₀/2π that explains galaxy dynamics without dark matter. This manifesto contains the complete theory, tests on five SPARC galaxies, and reproducible Python code.Die ERS-Theorie postuliert eine universelle Beschleunigungsskala a0 = cH0/2π, die die Dynamik von Galaxien ohne Dunkle Materie erklärt. Dieses Manifest enthält die vollständige Theorie, Tests an fünf SPARC-Galaxien sowie den reproduzierbaren Python-Code.
