DIAGNOSTIC FINANCIER DES ENTITÉS COOPÉRATIVES : CAS DE LA COOPÉRATIVE KAWA MABER DE NDRELE (2022-2024)

Abstract

Cette recherche analyse la santé financière de la coopérative agricole Kawa Maber, située à Ndrele (Ituri, RDC), sur la période triennale 2022-2024. L’objectif principal est de diagnostiquer la solidité de sa structure financière et d’évaluer ses performances en termes de rentabilité et de solvabilité. À travers une méthodologie mixte combinant l’analyse documentaire des états financiers et des entretiens, l’étude révèle que la coopérative présente une structure financière globalement équilibrée avec une autonomie totale, fonctionnant sans endettement extérieur. Cependant, l’analyse des indicateurs de performance met en évidence une faible productivité des capitaux, avec une rentabilité financière oscillant entre 0,16 et 0,33, ainsi qu’une baisse du taux de valeur ajoutée en 2024 (passant de 33 % à 25 %). Ces résultats suggèrent que, bien que solide, la coopérative peine à transformer sa croissance de chiffre d’affaires en rentabilité durable. L’article propose des recommandations stratégiques axées sur l’optimisation des charges et le recours à un levier financier maîtrisé pour soutenir l’investissement.
