Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh dosis terbaik penambahan tepung rumput laut coklat (Sargassum sp.) yang diperkaya dengan tepung Lemna sp. terfermentasi pada pakan serta menilai pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila merah (Oreochromis niloticus). Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, serta kualitas air media pemeliharaan. Data pertumbuhan dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dengan uji lanjut Duncan, sedangkan data kualitas air dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi tepung Lemna sp. terfermentasi dan tepungSargassum sp. berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila merah (p<0,05). Dosis optimal diperoleh pada penambahan 30 g kg-1 tepung Sargassum sp., dengan peningkatan bobot mutlak sebesar 209,93±15,78 g, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak 2,90±0,13 cm, dan kualitas air selama pemeliharaan berada dalam kisaran optimal, meliputi suhu (27,43-28,74℃), DO (4,15-4,85 mg L-1), dan pH (7,13-7,21).
