CARAMEL: A new path to heart health for women

Abstract

This video introduces the CARAMEL project and its mission to improve cardiovascular health in women aged 40–60 through personalised, AI-driven prevention strategies. It highlights how the project integrates multimodal health data to better assess risk, detect early warning signs, and support tailored interventions. The video also emphasizes CARAMEL’s patient-centred approach, combining advanced technologies with real-world data and women’s experiences to empower self-management, support clinicians, and ultimately reduce gender disparities in cardiovascular care.
