Abstract

ScientificState is a desktop-first scientific workbench for managing epistemic state across scientific investigations. It introduces the Scientific State Vector (SSV), a structured 8-component model (D, I, A, T, R, U, V, P) for tracking the state of scientific claims, alongside a 7-state ClaimStatus lifecycle and a pluggable domain module architecture with schema-enforced falsifiability, uncertainty, and validity scope.
