Abstract

Objective: This article examines the role of a positive mindset in enhancing women's scientific potential. Method: This article examines the role of a positive mindset in enhancing women's scientific potential. Results: The research findings indicate an increase in women's interest in scientific research and the development of their independent thinking and research skills. Novelty: The importance of motivational support, learner-centered education, a positive psychological environment, reflection, and innovative approaches is substantiated.
