A single mechanical rule explains all observed phenomena without dark matter, dark energy, curved spacetime, or cosmic expansion. The universe contains only one fundamental entity: solid, indivisible, incompressible lumps called atmitons. These lumps deform into egg-like shapes under a steady inward flux of other atmitons. This creates a radial compression of all physical measuring tools (rulers, clocks, light paths) along any line of sight toward mass. What we call gravity, light bending, redshift, time dilation, flat galactic rotation curves, and gravitational waves are not fundamental forces or spacetime effects — they are all consequences of real measuring instruments being physically shortened radially by this inward flux.
