Data set for the paper "Dissipation-Decoupling-Reorganization: Three-Layer Response and Energy-Matter Decoupling in the Urban Boundary Layer to Anthropogenic Heating" submitted to Geophysical Research Letters". This data set includes seven layers (8, 15, 47, 80, 140, 200, 280 m) of three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer data of the Beijing 325 m meteorological tower(November 2017). Sampling frequency is 10Hz.
