Layer-A Closure Audit of Torus-Knot Projection Topology, G2 Automorphism, and DNA Supercoiling in the K48 Geometric Code

Abstract

This record archives Paper 048 v9 of the Enumiaze research program. The manuscript revises the original Layer-A closure-audit protocol into a v9 closure report focused on Hopf-fibration topology, internal torus-winding projection rules, G2 Weyl-chamber residual classification, golden-ratio/Fano CP-phase residual structure, octonionic codon wobble, and writhe-based DNA supercoiling. The paper preserves a strict Layer A/B/C vocabulary: Layer A denotes exact finite closure inside frozen definitions and hashed code; Layer B denotes mathematical, physical, biological, or source-historical interpretation; and Layer C denotes external experimental validation. Dark-sector algebraic conjugation, BSM72 collider topology, and WIMP-like mass candidates are deliberately reserved for Paper 049.
