Supplementary Material for: PacBio SMRT Sequencing of Traditional Dairy Products from Eastern Inner Mongolia Reveals Diverse Lactic Acid Bacteria and Identifies Pediococcus Strains with Potent Cholesterol-Lowering Potential

Abstract

This supplementary material supports the article "PacBio SMRT Sequencing of Traditional Dairy Products from Eastern Inner Mongolia Reveals Diverse Lactic Acid Bacteria and Identifies Pediococcus Strains with Potent Cholesterol-Lowering Potential." It comprises five tables: Table S1 – Information of Traditional Dairy Samples; Table S2 – Sample Sequencing Data Evaluation; Table S3 – Statistics of Alpha Diversity Index; Table S4 – Summary of Samples; Table S5 – Characterization of Antimicrobial Substances from Lactic Acid Bacteria. These data underpin the microbial diversity analysis and functional screening reported in the study.
