Abstract

Version 5: Eleven Theorems. Added Theorem 11 (Cosmological Constant). The formula rho_Lambda/M_Pl^4 = exp(-2pi(Lambda*k+g) - 1/N) = exp(-90pi - 1/3) predicts the dark energy scale to 1.2% accuracy, resolving the 122-order-of-magnitude fine-tuning problem with the same structural form as the hierarchy formula. Paper now contains 11 theorems, 16 pages.
