FORÇA MOTORA E HIPERTROFIA NAS ARTES MARCIAIS DE RENDIMENTO

Abstract

Este trabalho investiga a relação entre força motora e hipertrofia muscular no contexto das artes marciais de rendimento, por meio de revisão bibliográfica em bases de dados como PubMed, Scielo e Google Scholar, abrangendo publicações dos últimos dez anos. Os resultados indicam que o treinamento resistido contribui significativamente para o desenvolvimento da força explosiva e da massa muscular, melhorando o desempenho técnico e reduzindo o risco de lesões. A periodização do treinamento mostrou-se fundamental para maximizar os ganhos físicos sem comprometer a performance técnica, devendo ser adaptada às demandas específicas de cada modalidade. A nutrição adequada e as estratégias de recuperação também se mostraram determinantes para a otimização dos resultados. Conclui-se que a integração do treinamento de força às rotinas dos atletas de artes marciais, aliada a uma abordagem multidisciplinar, é essencial para o desenvolvimento sustentável da performance e da saúde dos praticantes.
