This documentary research is designed to explore and understand the various key factors that shape operational success. The key elements highlighted for achieving this success are job performance, organizational well-being, and organizational leadership. The literature review identifies benefits, recognizing operational achievement as a product of psychological well-being and emotional stability. It shows that organizational climate significantly influences job performance, while transformational leadership and two-way communication act as catalysts for cohesion to achieve the desired success. Burnout and techno-anxiety are identified as latent risks that hinder operational success, requiring immediate attention to reduce absenteeism and optimize performance. In conclusion, human capital constitutes the most valuable asset, driving competitive advantage and balancing technology with organizational humanization.
