Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak mutaxassislarning kasbiy-deontologik kompetentligini rivojlantirishning transformatsion mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Muallif talabalarda kasbiy burch, mas’uliyat va axloqiy immunitetni shakllantirishning pedagogik shart-sharoitlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar beradi. Zamonaviy mehnat bozori mutaxassisdan nafaqat yuqori texnologik bilimlarni, balki kasbiy faoliyatdagi murakkab axloqiy vaziyatlarni boshqara olish qobiliyatini — deontologik tayyorgarlikni talab qilmoqda. Hozirgi ta'lim tizimidagi asosiy ziddiyat shundaki, nazariy bilimlar hajmi ortib bormoqda, biroq ularni kasbiy-axloqiy tamoyillar bilan bog'lash mexanizmi yetarlicha ishlab chiqilmagan.
