Abstract

This dataset contains pattern designs and related simulation data for studying light trapping in nanostructured zinc phosphide (Zn₃P₂) thin films. The dataset includes: Optical constants for Ag and Zn₃P₂ used in simulations Guided mode resonance calculations for Zn₃P₂ slabs Forward scattering cross sections for individual nanostructures Light-trapping patterns (multi-resonant periodic, correlated-disordered and multi-resonant correlated-disordered designs), provided as images, coordinate files, and GDS layouts Absorption spectra from FDTD simulations of patterned Zn₃P₂ films on Ag substrates Full methodological details are available in the associated PhD thesis.
