Abstract

Мақола кибермаконда содир этиладиган туҳмат, ҳақорат ва ёлғон ахборот тарқатганлик учун жиноий жавобгарликнинг ҳуқуқий асослари таҳлилига бағишланган. Унда ушбу қилмишларнинг юридик таркиби, рақамли муҳитдаги объектив ва субъектив белгилари ҳамда жиноятларни квалификация қилишда юзага келадиган муаммолар атрофлича ўрганилган. Шунингдек, Ўзбекистон Республикаси Жиноят кодексига киритилган янги нормалар ва Олий суд Пленумининг 2025 йилдаги кўрсатмалари асосида ҳуқуқни қўллаш амалиётини такомиллаштириш масалалари ёритилган.
