SPRINT YUGURISHIDA BIOMEXANIK TAHLIL QILISH METODIKASI.

Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada sprint yugurishida biomexanik ko‘rsatkichlarning sport natijalariga ta’siri chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida qisqa masofaga yuguruvchi sportchilarning harakat faoliyati videoanaliz usuli orqali o‘rganilib, qadam uzunligi, qadam chastotasi, tana og‘irlik markazining harakati, start reaksiyasi hamda tezlanish fazasining xususiyatlari aniqlangan. Olingan natijalar sprinterlarning yuqori natijalarga erishishida biomexanik parametrlarning optimal uyg‘unligi muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, sportchilarning individual antropometrik va funksional xususiyatlariga asoslangan holda mashg‘ulot jarayonini tashkil etish zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari amaliy jihatdan murabbiylar va sportchilar uchun samarali mashg‘ulot dasturlarini ishlab chiqishda qo‘llanilishi mumkin.
