Abstract

Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются модель управления проектами цифровой трансформации и интеллектуализированная система управления рисками на основе ИИ, предиктивной аналитики и больших данных для таможенной администрации Узбекистана. Предложенные решения обеспечивают переход от реактивного к предиктивному таможенному контролю, повышая эффективность и прозрачность процессов. Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston bojxona idoralari uchun raqamli transformatsiya loyihalarini boshqarish modeli hamda sun’iy intellekt, bashoratli tahlil va katta ma’lumotlarga asoslangan xatarlarni intellektual boshqarish tizimi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Taklif etilgan yechimlar reaktiv bojxona nazoratidan prognozlashga asoslangan nazoratga o‘tishni ta’minlab, jarayonlarning samaradorligi va shaffofligini oshiradi. Abstract. This article examines a model for managing digital transformation projects, as well as an intelligent risk management system based on AI, predictive analytics, and big data, both of which are intended for use by the Uzbekistan Customs Administration. These solutions facilitate the transition from reactive to predictive customs control, enhancing process efficiency and transparency.
