The SEKI_Suvi_Willing_Root_Bacteria fastq files are a subset of the R2_SEKI_COL_Willing library that was directly downloaded from the Northwest Genomics Center. This contains the raw bacterial sequence reads for sequoia seedling root samples from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks (SEKI) prepared by Mira Ranganath and Suvi Birch in Summer 2025. The intermediate_data folder contains files (including the final ASV table called seqtab.nochim.R1) generated by the DADA2 and PICRUSt2 pipelines using HYAK by Suvi Birch in Winter 2026. The processed_data folder contains the project metadata and bacteria phyloseq objects.
