This note establishes the internal kinematics of the Quantum Flip within the Theory of Quantum Oceans (TOQ). It argues that the Apex invagination transforming a Higgs Temporal Cell (CTH) into an Agonesis Temporal Cell (CTA) is not an instantaneous global inversion, but a sequential wave-by-wave process proceeding through 65 successive frictions across the T11=66T_{11}=66T11=66 strata of the substrate. From this sequentiality, the note derives three autonomous kinematic invariants: the 1-for-1 structure of the Flip cascade, the quantum duration of the individual Flip event τFlip=1/T11\tau_{Flip}=1/T_{11}τFlip=1/T11, and the inherited temporal phase shift δ=1/T11\delta=1/T_{11}δ=1/T11, generated by the kinematic differential Δv=1\Delta v=1Δv=1 imposed by the published 2:1 asymmetry of the Ocean. These results are presented as dimensionless kinematic consequences of the published TOQ axioms and structural invariants, without recourse to phenomenological observations. The note is intended as a foundation text for subsequent applications of the framework, notably the leptonic magnetic-moment derivation developed in EXP01.
