Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ziyrak o‘quvchilar bilan ishlash jarayonida o‘qituvchining pedagogik faoliyatini takomillashtirish masalasi ilmiy-pedagogik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Ziyrak o‘quvchilarning psixologik xususiyatlari, intellektual rivojlanish qonuniyatlari hamda ularning o‘quv faoliyatidagi o‘ziga xos jihatlari yoritiladi. Zamonaviy psixologik nazariyalar va pedagogik yondashuvlar asosida bunday o‘quvchilar bilan ishlashning samarali usullari asoslab beriladi. Individual va differensial yondashuv, interaktiv metodlar, muammoli ta’lim hamda loyihaviy faoliyatning ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ziyrak o‘quvchilar bilan ishlash samaradorligini baholash mezonlari, diagnostika metodlari va monitoring tizimi yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari pedagogik faoliyatni takomillashtirish va ta’lim sifatini oshirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
