Abstract

Globalization should not conflict with the models of education and work that each society has developed based on its local cultural context. Genuine development is the result of a balanced alignment between the needs of the local environment and the requirements of global integration. In this presentation, we examine the problematic state of educational systems in the least developed countries, alongside an analysis of the Western education model and the challenges associated with its implementation in these contexts. We then aim to identify the most effective approach for localizing fourth-generation university models within these countries.
