Strategic Control Architecture Under Algorithmic Dependency (SPA)

Abstract

Tercer texto de la serie sobre inteligencia artificial y arquitectura organizacional. ABSTRACT Los dos textos anteriores de esta serie argumentaron que la inteligencia artificial no transforma organizaciones sino que amplifica lo que ya existe, y que la desaparición de la latencia operativa convierte inconsistencias sostenibles en exposiciones visibles. Este texto opera en la capa siguiente: asumiendo que la amplificación ocurre, analiza qué arquitectura de control permite sostener la adaptación estratégica en el tiempo. El argumento central es que la automatización avanzada no es un problema tecnológico sino un problema de poder. A medida que los sistemas automáticos absorben capas del proceso decisional, el criterio interno deja de ser el activo central y pasa a ser la capa de validación de decisiones ya tomadas en otra parte. La organización no pierde velocidad. Pierde la capacidad de saber por qué decide lo que decide. El texto desarrolla tres trayectorias posibles — control interno fuerte, dependencia externa estructural y arquitectura híbrida — describiendo para cada una el poder que genera, la rigidez que produce y las exposiciones que crea bajo estrés. Se analizan cuatro escenarios de tensión real: integración vertical del proveedor, exigencia regulatoria de trazabilidad, actualización silenciosa del modelo externo y simetría de acceso entre competidores. El texto concluye que ninguna trayectoria funciona sin rediseño organizacional, y que la elección de arquitectura no puede resolverse con benchmarking ni delegarse a un consultor de tecnología.
