Low-field MRI dataset with OSI² ONE

Abstract

This repository contains a structured low-field MRI dataset acquired on an in-house developed 47 mT Halbach-based MRI system at the Leiden University Medical Center. The dataset includes fully sampled and accelerated acquisitions using Poisson-disk undersampling, partial Fourier, and LORAKS-based strategies, as well as coil comparison and multi-session repeatability scans, provided in ISMRMRD format to support benchmarking, reproducibility, and method development in low-field MRI. See Low_field_MRI_dataset_with_OSI_ONE.pdf for a description of the data.
