Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimida rahbar kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonidagi dolzarb muammolar va ularning boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’siri ilmiy-analitik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda ta’limiy-metodik kamchiliklar, amaliyot bilan bog‘liq uzilishlar, institutsional cheklovlar, axloqiy-madaniy omillar hamda raqamli kompetensiyalarning yetarli darajada rivojlanmaganligi kabi muammolar tizimli yondashuv asosida ko‘rib chiqilgan.
