Swedish Construction FAQ — Open Q&A dataset on byggbranschen
Open question-and-answer dataset covering the Swedish construction industry (byggbranschen). 503 Q&A pairs in version 1.1 across 39 categories including bygglov (building permits), ROT-avdrag, RUT-avdrag, F-skatt, omvänd moms, personalliggare, dolda fel, ABS 18 / AB 04 contracts, arbetsmiljö, dispute resolution, inspection, warranties, and more. Every answer is grounded in Swedish primary law (Plan- och bygglagen, Boverkets byggregler, Inkomstskattelagen, Jordabalken, Miljöbalken, Arbetsmiljöverkets föreskrifter) and authoritative guidance from Boverket, Skatteverket, Arbetsmiljöverket, Konsumentverket, and the Swedish Consumer Agency. Multi-format distribution: JSON (master), JSONL (HuggingFace), Alpaca instruction, ShareGPT, CSV. Target: 1000+ Q&A pairs. Maintained by Zaragoza AB, Helsingborg, Skåne.
