
This thesis examines the digital transformation of regional economies under the conditions of a digital economy. The results show that the adoption of digital technologies increases economic growth by 12–18%, improves resource efficiency by 15–20%, and enhances investment attractiveness by 10–15%. Overall, the digital economy is identified as a key factor in ensuring sustainable regional development.
