The Spectral-Cartan-Fano Operating System of Biology The Spectral-Cartan-Fano-E₁₀ Framework represents a radical unification of projective geometry, algebraic mathematics, and molecular biology, functioning collectively as a deterministic “Operating System of Biology”. GitHub Repository: Cartan-Lie-Algebra-Generator.py ; BioOS 1.0 Test.py Note: Currently, the BioOS version is 12.4. The core files for v12.4 can be found here: Mathematical Foundations: Document A L0-L6 Stack Extension with SPSS/NPVD: The L7 Foundry The Original BioOS Planning Document: Ligand Connections Overview Note about the Original BioOS Planning Document. These are a collection of notes from my work with various AI systems in organizing and preparing the completely novel and alien framework to a group of people to consider investment. To date, all potential investors have tried delay investment until other steps were taken to ensure their own agenda got funded in the process. This, unfortunately, slowed the reveal of this important software, and hence, ahs allowed and actually facilitated much of the disclosures around Personalized Medicine that you’ve seen in the last weeks, including advancements with AlphaFold3. Still it maintains over 1,000 users just several weeks after it's deployment. The code and mathematics is being deployed now, open source, to maintain FREE ACCESS to this foundational software architecture, so that individual researchers, and firms, may employ such resources in-house, without external reliance on third party software or hardware integration. Thus, I moved on from that agenda, which I pursued in order to both protect and fund the BioOS mathematics and software applications. However, in the end, the ultimate aim is to provide this as a public service. Not for private enrichment. IT IS, THUS, YOURS. EVERY INDIVIDUAL. EVERY FIRM. EVERYWHERE ACROSS THE GLOBE. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
