ICMM-FW-10 : Conditional Deployment of ICMM Structures: Multi-scale Cohesion, Structural Precedence and Transformational Connectivity

Abstract

ICMM-FW-10 introduit un cadre formel du déploiement conditionnel des structures ICMM (Information Complexe Multi-Magnétique), en distinguant explicitement l’accessibilité mathématique des configurations de leur réalisabilité effective. Le formalisme repose sur :- un espace abstrait des configurations ICMM,- un hypergraphe de dépendances multi-échelles,- une fonction de cohésion structurelle multi-composante relative à une configuration source idéale,- et une latence structurelle associée aux chaînes transformationnelles. Les simulations numériques mettent en évidence :- l’existence de régimes bloqués, critiques et ouverts,- la dissociation entre accessibilité, réalisabilité, stabilité et identité,- et l’émergence d’un principe de sélection interne basé sur un compromis entre cohésion et coût structurel. Ce travail constitue une base pour l’introduction future d’un opérateur formel de réalisabilité. This study introduces a formal framework for the conditional deployment of ICMM (Complex Multi-Magnetic Information) structures, explicitly distinguishing mathematical accessibility from effective realizability. The framework is based on:- an abstract configuration space,- a multi-scale dependency hypergraph,- a multi-component structural cohesion function relative to an ideal source configuration,- and a structural latency associated with transformation chains. Numerical simulations reveal:- the existence of blocked, critical and open regimes,- a clear dissociation between accessibility, realizability, stability and identity,- and the emergence of an internal selection principle based on a trade-off between cohesion and structural cost. This work provides a direct foundation for the future formalization of a realizability operator.
