Indoor Environmental Quality parameters measured during monitoring campaigns carried out in three schools in Padova area

Abstract

This dataset shows the result of the monitoring campaign carried out in three schools of the Padova area. It includes both measured and calculated parameters. The measured parameters are: air temperature operative temperature relative humidity air velocity CO2 concentration VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) concentration particulate matter concentration lighting. The calculated parameters are: mean radiant temperature PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) PPD (Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied) Metabolic rate and clothing index are constant parameters that are necessary for the calculation of the thermal comfort indices (PMV and PPD). This study was funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU, in the framework of the iNEST - Interconnected Nord-Est Innovation Ecosystem (PNRR M4C2I1.5, iNEST ECS00000043 - CUP J43C22000320006). The views and opinions expressed are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union, or can the European Union be held responsible for them. The dataset was developed as part of the activities carried out by Spoke 5, Research Topic 4.3, Teaching and Learning in emerging hybrid schools.
