This dataset was developed to support Tasks 4.4 and 4.5 and the broader quantitative benchmarking work underpinning the D4.2 Report on the state of the art in Digital Democracy Technology. It provides a harmonised, structured record of digital democracy platforms and tools active as of 2025, drawn from multiple secondary sources and a manual validation layer.
