Abstract

Zamonaviy davlat boshqaruvi va sud-huquq islohotlari sharoitida sud tizimini raqamlashtirish nafaqat protsessual qulaylik yaratish, balki odil sudlovning ochiqligi va shaffofligini ta’minlovchi asosiy garovga aylanmoqda. O‘zbekiston Respublikasida sud tizimini raqamlashtirish jarayonlari so‘nggi yillarda yangi bosqichga ko‘tarildi. Xususan, my.sud.uz platformasining joriy etilishi jismoniy va yuridik shaxslarga sud binosiga bormasdan, masofaviy tarzda murojaat qilish, ishlarni onlayn kuzatish va sud qarorlarini elektron shaklda olish imkoniyatini berdi.
