
This is a preprint presenting MRET v5.2, a late-time cosmological framework in which cosmic expansion is modeled as a delayed geometric response to black-hole-driven mass redistribution. The paper provides a fixed baseline implementation, explicit late-time predictions, and falsifiability criteria.
