This dataset contains the physical operation record dump and the master dictionary (Primary Register Map) of the Voynich Manuscript, de-compiled based on the "OI-2026 Protocol". As mathematically proven in the accompanying research paper, the Voynich Manuscript is not a natural language or a traditional cipher. It is a "Combinatorial Data Matrix" governed by a rigid 4-stage logical architecture (Boot, Set, Transition, Termination) and a 17x73 Primary Register Map. This pure dataset is provided for the purpose of verifying mathematical reproducibility and inviting cross-validation using medieval historical corpora via Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) or similar methods. Declaration of Priority and Copyright: The architectural design of the OI-2026 Protocol, the 17x73 Primary Register Map, and all associated parsing algorithms are the original discoveries of Keishi Oi. The Priority of Discovery and all intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Keishi Oi. Any unauthorized secondary semantic analysis, commercial use, or claiming of discovery without proper academic citation is strictly prohibited and governed by the applied license.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
