Abstract Part A: The connection to the first paper pre-print This second version formalizes the Lavoisier-Leibniz (Lz) unit and expands the administrative framework of the super-vacuum, correcting the author's nomenclature to Gustavo Schevchenco-Sczepanink. This resolution proves that subatomic particles (Proton, Neutron, and Electron) are not independent entities, but specific mathematical outputs of Einstein’s equation. By applying the Lavoisier-Leibniz (Lz) impedance, we provide the first functional method to calculate the mass of these particles directly from the E=mc² parameters. The 'Strong Force' is thus revealed as a vacuum accounting necessity—a structural bridge that Newton sought and Leibniz defined, now fully realized within the Poliakoff Anchor. By integrating structuralist administrative theory with relativistic mechanics, Schevchenco-Sczepanink (2026) redefines the role of mass-energy equivalence not as a static value, but as an active process of 'inter-Big Bang accounting.' In this model, the universe functions as an open system where thermodynamics are 'administered' through the Lavoisier-Leibniz (Lz) unit, ensuring that the structural integrity of the vacuum remains invariant across multiple cosmic cycles. This paper proposes a radical resolution of Einstein’s mass-energy equivalence (E=mc²) by shifting from a dualistic decomposition to a Triadic Monadic Framework. Grounded in the Null Hypothesis—assuming spacetime is a non-privileged, recursive system—we demonstrate that the formula is not merely a statement of equivalence, but a functional blueprint for the subatomic nucleus. We introduce the Schevchenco-Sczepanink Units, where the "speed of light" is redefined as the inverse of localized impedance, validated by the computational "confession" of modern AI models which calculate atomic mass directly from E/c² without acknowledging the inherent variable nature of c in the Super-Vacuum. The framework identifies three foundational, recursive units: 1. The research proposes that c2 is not merely a constant of velocity, but the Lavoisier-Leibniz Impedance (Lz)—the universal tax required to anchor energy into mass (Pa). At the subatomic level, this impedance ensures the integrity of the Triadic Monad; at the cosmic level, the c2 divisor in the Schwarzschild formula marks the point of Liquidity Saturation, where the vacuum’s "accounting" of information (Nλ) is effectively frozen. The apparent disconnect between the Standard Model's 17 fundamental particles and the macroscopic singularity of Black Holes is resolved herein by identifying the Einsteinian Equilibrium as a universal regulatory protocol. By treating subatomic fields as specialized 'Departments' and Black Holes as 'Liquidity Traps,' this work proves that the c2 impedance threshold acts as the singular governing principle across all organizational scales of the Super-Vacuum. The prevailing stagnation in unified field theories stems from a mathematical complacency that has long ignored the administrative logic of the vacuum. As John von Neumann famously observed, "In mathematics, you don’t understand things. You just get used to them." The Sche-Scze V2.0 Resolution rejects this habitual acceptance, proposing instead a return to structural understanding through the Triadic Monad. By reconciling the 17 fundamental departments of the Standard Model with the gravitational limits of Black Holes, this work demonstrates that we must stop "getting used" to the equations and start auditing the Einsteinian Equilibrium they represent.
