
Ushbu maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim tashkilotlarida xavf-xatar tahliliga asoslangan ta’lim sifati monitoringini amalga oshirishning nazariy-metodik asoslari va amaliy mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda ta’lim sifatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin bo‘lgan pedagogik, tashkiliy-boshqaruv, moddiy-texnik hamda ijtimoiy-psixologik xavf-xatarlar aniqlanib, ularning turlari, baholash mezonlari va oldini olish choralari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimida mazkur muammoning o‘rganilganlik darajasi tahlil qilinib, umumiy o‘rta ta’lim tashkilotlari faoliyatida qo‘llash mumkin bo‘lgan xavf-xatar tahliliga asoslangan monitoring modeli taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari proaktiv monitoring tizimini joriy etish ta’lim sifatini oshirish, muammolarni barvaqt aniqlash, ularning salbiy oqibatlarini kamaytirish hamda samarali boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur yondashuv ta’lim sifati monitoringini an’anaviy nazorat shaklidan xavf-xatarlarni oldindan baholash va boshqarishga yo‘naltirilgan zamonaviy tizimga aylantirish imkonini beradi.
