Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kiberjinoyatchilikning global xavf sifatida namoyon bo‘lishi va unga qarshi kurashishda xalqaro huquqiy hamkorlikning ahamiyati atroflicha tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqot davomida Budapesht konvensiyasi va BMT doirasidagi yangi tashabbuslar qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, transchegaraviy axborot jinoyatlarini fosh etishdagi protsessual muammolar yoritilgan. Maqolaning asosiy maqsadi kiberfazoda xavfsizlikni ta’minlashning huquqiy asoslarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, davlatlararo elektron dalillarni almashish mexanizmlarini soddalashtirmasdan turib, kiberjinoyatchilikka qarshi samarali kurashish imkonsizdir.
