Abstract

Mazkur maqolada taom nomlari orqali milliy mentalitet va ijtimoiy qadriyatlarning lingvokulturologik ifodalanishi masalasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot lingvokulturologik va semantik yondashuvlar asosida olib borilib, taom nomlari milliy madaniyat, tarixiy xotira va ijtimoiy munosabatlarni aks ettiruvchi muhim lingvokulturologik birliklar sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada o‘zbek milliy taom nomlarining semantik va madaniy qatlamlari ochib berilib, ularning xalq mentaliteti va ijtimoiy qadriyatlar tizimidagi o‘rni aniqlanadi. Tahlil jarayonida “OVQAT”, “MEHMONDO‘ST LIK”, “BARAKA”, “JAMOA” va “MAROSIM” kabi asosiy madaniy konseptlar asosiy tahlil mezonlari sifatida belgilandi. Tadqiqot natijalari taom nomlari nafaqat nominativ birliklar, balki milliy mentalitetni modellashtiruvchi semantik va madaniy kodlar tizimi ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu ish natijalari lingvokulturologiya, madaniyatshunoslik va sotsiolingvistika sohalarida ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
