
Python analysis pipeline for: "Energy performance and decarbonisation trajectories of the NHS hospital estate in England: a national analysis of open government data for evidence-based estate prioritisation." Energies (MDPI), Special Issue "Digital Engineering for Future Smart Cities", 2026. Processes six annual waves of the NHS Estates Returns Information Collection (ERIC, 2018/19–2023/24) to produce benchmarking, carbon decomposition, OLS regression, spatial analysis (Moran's I, LISA), anthree decarbonisation scenario projections to 2040. Covers 1,887 sites across 209 NHS trusts in England. All input data are freely available under the Open Government Licence (NHS Digital, ONS, MHCLG, DESNZ).
