This article explores key directions for enhancing the efficiency of regional tourism in the Republic ofKarakalpakstan through the effective utilization of internal industry reserves. Particular attention is given to the importanceof a systematic approach to the off-season period, including improving staff qualifications, certifying infrastructure,conducting maintenance and landscaping activities, and developing affordable tourism programs. The proposed measurescontribute to stabilizing employment, increasing enterprise profitability, improving the quality of tourism services, andfostering a sustainable model of regional tourism development.
