APRENDIZAJE SOCIOEMOCIONAL E INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS: APROXIMACIÓN FENOMENOLÓGICA

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue explorar las experiencias vividas por estudiantes universitarios al interactuar con sistemas de IA en su aprendizaje socioemocional. Estudio de diseño no experimental, fenomenológico, descriptivo y analítico. La muestra comprende a 60 estudiantes de universidades de Lima y el Callao, Perú, 2025. El instrumento corresponde a una entrevista semiestructurada. El análisis de datos aplicó el método fenomenológico. El estudio reveló patrones emergentes de adaptación en estudiantes durante su interacción con sistemas de inteligencia artificial generativa en contextos de ASE. La síntesis eidética evidencia estrategias universales de adaptación psicológica donde los estudiantes desarrollan competencias metacognitivas que les permiten evaluar críticamente el alcance y limitaciones de la mediación artificial. El estudio concluye que existen modalidades emergentes de socialización donde los sistemas de inteligencia artificial funcionan como interlocutores reconocidos como válidos por los participantes en procesos intersubjetivos de construcción del sentido emocional. Esta dinámica facilita el desarrollo de habilidades de mentalización y competencias de gestión emocional, sugiriendo que las capacidades cognitivas humanas pueden extenderse mediante interacción con sistemas artificiales suficientemente sofisticados.
