This Evidence-based toolkit is aimed at higher education staff supporting Erasmus+ traineeships. The toolkit covers pre-placement, in-placement, and post-placement phases with practical resources for readiness tracking, skills assessment, and mobility checklisting. The toolkit draws on comprehensive research conducted across Europe, including a literature review of over 100 sources, a survey of 137 higher education staff, and focus groups with students and employers.
