Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Kuzgi bug‘doy va tritikale doning fizik-kimyoviy hamda texnologik xususiyatlari, jumladan kleykovina sifati va miqdori, namlik miqdori, donning shishsimonligi, tabiiy og‘irligi va un chiqishi kabi ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu ekinlarning un va non mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarishdagi texnologik imkoniyatlari baholanadi. Bug‘doy va tritikale doni sifat ko‘rsatkichlarining qayta ishlash jarayonlariga ta‘sirini aniqlash, shuningdek, tritikale donining ayrim texnologik ko‘rsatkichlari bug‘doy bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, ularning afzallik va cheklovlari ilmiy jihatdan yoritildi.
